Employment Opportunities at Wingard's

We welcome employment applications year-round. If we are not actively hiring, your application will be kept on file and reviewed when new opportunities become available.

Our primary hiring season takes place in early January for positions that run from mid-February through mid-June, supporting our busy Spring season. Depending on performance and business needs, there may be opportunities to continue employment beyond the seasonal period.

Positions may be full-time or part-time. Part-time team members are generally expected to work at least 20 hours per week, with every other Saturday typically required. High school and college students are encouraged to apply. Student schedules are accommodated during the week, although most Saturdays require full-day availability.

Sales Associates

Sales Associates

Assist customers with selecting shrubs, annuals, perennials, and indoor plants while answering questions about care. Responsibilities include pricing, watering, merchandising, and maintaining clean sales areas, with work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Cashiers

Cashiers

Process sales using a computer point-of-sale system while providing friendly and efficient customer service. Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, working under time pressure, and assisting customers during busy periods.
Operations Associates

Operations Associates

Support daily operations by unloading trucks, pricing merchandise, and assisting customers with loading purchases. Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, making deliveries, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
